What we collect
EasementMap uses privacy-respecting site analytics to count page views and understand which guides are useful. We do not require an account, we do not run email capture, and we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
The dispute-pathway map logs nothing
The dispute-pathway map runs entirely in your browser. Your role, your state, and your answers are never sent to a server, never logged, and never associated with you. The audience here is sometimes mid-litigation, and a logged-search-history appearance on a legal-information site would be a betrayal of trust we are not willing to make. The most we ever record is aggregate, anonymous counts of which states and roles are common.
Cookies & consent
Analytics cookies are governed by a consent banner shown on your first visit. Analytics is granted by default and you can decline it; advertising and personalization signals are denied by default. If advertising is ever enabled on this site, it will run as non-personalized and this notice will be updated to say so.
Third parties
We may link to free state-bar lawyer-referral services and, in the future, to transparently-disclosed referral partners. Those sites have their own privacy practices; we encourage you to read them.
Contact & governing law
EasementMap is operated from Wilmington, Delaware. For privacy questions, use the contact route published on the site. Governing law is Delaware.
